We got a call last week from Dan Finkel of Casa Finkel asking us if we would like to be the Charity to benefit from their Begonia Festival float, should it win. Dan explained to us that he was chatting with staff at Margaritaville and they suggested that contact us because they have had great experiences working with us in the past. We’ve never been asked to be the beneficiary of a Begonia Festival Nautical Parade float, so of course we jumped on the opportunity. All Dan asked us for was a Grind Out Hunger banner and to see if we can provide any help decorating the float with flowers.
