Last November Grind Out Hunger hosted the NBA D-League Cares Day with the Santa Cruz Warriors at Grind Out Hunger Headquarters. Little did we know that our very own Warriors team would be preparing to face off in the D-League Finals, looking to take the Championship. It has been a wonderful inaugural season for the Warriors Players and they can’t help but reminisce about the first times they set foot in Santa Cruz County as a basketball team.
